In December, the presentation of the PIM (Platform Innovation in Marketing) Marketing Literature Award 2016 took place at the Amsterdam RAI. Our book, True Storytelling, was nominated among a stack of no less than 40 Dutch marketing books. In the end, our book ranked among the top 3 marketing books of 2016. We, as Truman, are incredibly proud of this achievement. The winner is a book about Big Data, and another book in the top 3 focuses on Service Excellence. You could say that we wrote the best Dutch storytelling book of 2016. Of course, that's a matter of framing. We leave that to the readers.
The annual award is presented to the author who best succeeds in presenting innovative insights in the field of marketing that offer a clear added value to practice. And we have succeeded in doing just that. Our presentation was well attended.
