Truman collaborated with the Cargo and Route & Business Development team to develop positioning narratives for both units. We also created the tagline for Cargo within Schiphol's new monolithic brand architecture. A major challenge was "How to keep potential and current customers close to you with a convincing and good story despite Schiphol not being allowed to grow currently?" In the field of content marketing, we supported in developing a content marketing strategy using our Content Strategy Canvas. The next logical step was to develop some creative content formats to bring their content marketing to the next level.
How can we do it smarter and more sustainable? We ask ourselves that question constantly. Repeatedly. Because asking it takes us further. Asking it ignites innovation. And fuels collaboration.
