Truman ontwikkelde in samenwerking met het Cargo en Route & Business Development team de positionerende verhalen voor beide units. Ook creërden we de tagline voor Cargo binnen de nieuwe monolithische merkarchitectuur van Schiphol. Een belangrijke uitdaging was: ‘Hoe houd je potentiële en huidige klanten dicht bij je met een overtuigend en goed verhaal ondanks dat Schiphol momenteel niet mag groeien?’ Op het gebied van content marketing ondersteunden we bij het maken van een content marketingstrategie d.m.v. ons Content Strategie Canvas. De logische volgende stap was de ontwikkeling van een aantal creatieve content formats die hun content marketing naar het volgende level brengt.
