Education, culture, and science are intertwined with our society. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science therefore has a wide field of work. There was a great need to clearly show what the ministry stands for, both internally to employees and externally to stakeholders. After several strategic workshops with the ministry, Truman developed its corporate story. This was translated into a film and six maxims (leading principles of behaviour) to guide the daily activities of civil servants. Through an internal campaign, we brought the corporate story and the maxims to the attention of the entire ministry.
