As a newcomer to the flexible workforce market, Temper deserves a striking introduction to the Netherlands. A new player with a distinctive way of communicating. Temper is a digital bulletin board that connects demand and supply for self-employed workers in the hospitality and retail industries. This scale-up makes it possible to work as a freelancer in sectors where this is still rare. Together with Temper, we came up with the strategy of introducing a new category and charging it with positive emotion. ‘FreeFlex’ was born. We developed an inspiring campaign that focuses on the message "from now on, everyone can be their own boss."
